Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Cross Country (XC)

Last day to drop and receive a full refund is Monday September 1, 2025.

Full refunds will be issued for dropped athletes up until the deadline specified by NPTC.

As this is a post race fundraiser. no refunds.
